Running for Mental Health at the Fifth Third River Bank Run

In December of 2016, Pine Rest Christian Mental Health Services reached out to me to see if I wanted to help them raise money as a charity partner for the Fifth Third River Bank Run. Making the Media Rounds with Still I Run

The last week or so has been a whirlwind of awesomeness for Still I Run. Lots of media interviews! I love it, but at the same time, it makes me feel really self-conscious. And the reason I say that is because I don’t want Still I Run to be just about me. I want it to be about us, a community that runs for their mental health. Chatting with Michigan Runner Girl about Still I Run

I’ve known about Michigan Runner Girl for a few years now. I randomly found Heather, and her fantastic website geared towards Michigan runners, when I first started my running journey. Still I Run Featured On Fox 17 News

I’m so excited to share that Still I Run was just featured on Fox 17, the local news affiliate in town. After it aired, I had so many people reach out to me personally, join the Facebook page, and connect with us on Instagram! Fox 17 really did Still I Run justice and I couldn’t be happier. I’m just so excited to get the word out about what we’re doing here and hope to continue to defeat the stigma out there. Check it out here
