Get Involved

The Still I Run Community can’t exist without you. Together we can start the conversation about mental health awareness. When we talk about important issues together, raise one another up, and look out for each other, we’re building something special. By sharing our stories we can give ourselves a voice and can create an inspirational movement to give hope to others. Regardless if you have a mental illness or not, you’re invited to join this important conversation.

Wondering how to get involved? Check out a few of the options below!

Get Your Hashtag On!

Right now we’re on Facebook and Instagram. We frequently post inspirational photos and quotes along with blog posts from the Still I Run community there.

We also love featuring people like YOU. If you’re out there running for your own mental health or run in solidarity of a loved one with a mental health condition, then we would love to hear from you. We don’t care if you’ve run zero 5Ks or 20 marathons, we’re just excited that you’re out there improving your physical and mental health. To be featured on our Instagram or Facebook page, snap a pic, share your workout/run stats/running selfie (or runfie!) etc., and use the hashtag  #StilliRun so we can find you! And who knows… maybe what you share will inspire others!

Share Your Story

Sure, sharing your story might be scary, but it doesn’t have to be. Sharing your experience gives you a voice and that voice of yours may inspire others. Don’t worry, it doesn’t matter if you’re a writer or not, what you have to say is important and it matters.

Support Mental Health Awareness

With Still I Run apparel you can show your support for mental health awareness. Hopefully, when you wear a Still I Run shirt, it will help spark a conversation with someone that may be hurting and needs to hear that they’re not alone. Additionally, 20% of every sale will go towards the Pine Rest Christian Mental Health Services patient assistance fund. The money will directly help people in financial need get the mental health care.
