We also love featuring people like YOU. If you’re out there running for your own mental health or run in solidarity of a loved one with a mental health condition, then we would love to hear from you. We don’t care if you’ve run zero 5Ks or 20 marathons, we’re just excited that you’re out there improving your physical and mental health. Share Your Story
Sure, sharing your story might be scary, but it doesn’t have to be. Sharing your experience gives you a voice and that voice of yours may inspire others. Don’t worry, it doesn’t matter if you’re a writer or not, what you have to say is important and it matters.
